They get repairs done quickly, are helpful, informative, and actually answer emails. In other words, they really are managing us.
I can't recommend them too highly.

Unfortunately their former managing agent didn't take this view and made it difficult for them to see expenditure and the supporting invoices resulting in most of their reserve fund being transferred across for general use without them being aware.

It was determined there were several slipped tiles, the roof was missing part of the cement verge and the lead flashing needed remediation.
Evidently repairs had been carried out in the past (prior to us taking over) but they had failed.
Client updated, managed with expediency, solution agreed with RMC.
The area needs to dry out, but subject to weather it will be permanently fixed by Friday.
