Having operated as freeholders, leaseholders and investors, our leadership team built this business around a simple principle: that blocks should be managed with genuine transparency, structured governance and a standard of service that clients can actually measure.
Adam Vickers
Adam has been active in the UK property market since 2008, building a diverse portfolio and developing deep knowledge of the leasehold and freehold sectors. He founded Property Foundations Group, growing it into an award-winning independent agency, before establishing VX Block Management to bring a higher standard of governance and transparency to block management across Berkshire.
Adam leads on business development, ensuring the company continues to grow without compromising on the quality of service delivered to every client.
Karen Stanbridge
Karen brings extensive experience in finance, project management and business consulting gained at UK, EMEA and global level within blue-chip organisations.
As a freeholder, leaseholder and commercial property owner herself, Karen understood first-hand the frustration of working with managing agents who lacked transparency, accountability and structured financial control. She co-founded VX Block Management to change that, leading on governance and strategy across the company.
