All blocks have regular Health and Safety and Fire Risk Assessments carried out by a qualified professional. Any remedial actions are identified and carried out within the time limit specified in the report.
Our Property Managers carry out regular site inspections to ensure that our residents live in a safe, well-maintained environment.
We ensure that the terms of the Lease are complied with, alongside Landlord and Tenant legislation.
Arranging Buildings Insurance quotes and regular reinstatement valuations.
